Pancakes from Scratch


Dry Ingredients:

3 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbl baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking  soda
MIX DRY

Wet Ingredients

2 1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 Tbl vanilla
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (for buttermilk)
3 eggs
MIX WET
Combine (NOT mixing much — see video)
