Easy Chocolate Fudge Recipe

I always make this at Christmas. You can simplify it, and avoid problems with burnt chocolate by microwaving the milk in a large bowl. Get the milk really hot, and then stir in the chocolate. Let the hot milk melt the chocolate, then add in any extras and stir well. Pour into a prepared pan and continue on as in your demonstration. I’m so glad you showed this recipe because I think it is superior to the old fashioned cocoa and milk or even marshmallow recipes…no crystallization to worry about! I love your channel!

PS…don’t be tempted to melt the chocolate with the milk, as the microwave will burn chocolate very quickly.
